Find Out Which Common Food Causes Offspring Defects

Click on the link below to read an article on:
"Warning: This Common Food Causes Devastating Offspring Defects in New Research Study"

http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2010/05/22/jeffrey-smith-interview-april-24.aspx

There are so many things out there that are not good for us. I'm so glad that God put things on this earth that are truly good for us to eat. Fresh fruits and vegetables are the best choices. But since food companys put so much pesticides and herbicides on our foods, the best choices are organic.

EWG’s Guide to Safe Drinking Water

I found this Guide from the Environmenatal Working Group about safe drinking water. It is a good article, but I don't wholehearted agree with all of their suggestions.

Go here: http://www.ewg.org/files/EWG_safedrinkingwater.pdf

I believe the best water you can drink is Le Bleu Bottled Water. They use a patent pending purification process that enables them to produce the highest quality bottled water in the world. They can take water from any source and purify it through steam distillation. They eliminate the inorganic minerals and chemicals that could be in other waters.

Le Bleu is sodium free, and oxygenated with Ozone. Ozone is the most powerful sanitizer and disinfectant available. Ozone kills bacteria, toxins, mold, yeast spores, organic materials, parasites, and even viruses. And ozonation is only one step in Le Bleu's five step purification process. Le Bleu is also chlorine free, lead free, and Kosher certified.

I do believe that Le Bleu is the purest and best tasting water you can buy. I cook with Le Bleu and also make my coffee with Le Bleu. It makes the best cup of coffee I have ever had. You can get home delivery of their 5 gallon bottles. Do yourself a favor and just try Le Bleu. I do believe once you try Le Bleu's pure drinking water you will not want to drink anything else. I love Le Bleu!

Healthy Home Checklist

I found this great checklist for home toxins from the Environmental Working Group. Check it out:

http://www.ewg.org/files/ewg-hht-checkilist.pdf

Walk through your home and open your bathroom cabinet, look under your sink, and check those laundry supplies. It's an easy, hands-on way to create a less toxic environment for your family. And when you're done, you can breathe easier knowing that you've tackled the toxins that matter most in your home.

Genetically Modified Foods = Toxins In Every Bite

Did you know that corn chips are one of the worst genetically modified foods that you can eat? About 85 percent of the corn grown in the US is genetically engineered to either produce an insecticide, or to survive the application of herbicide. And about 91-93 percent of all soybeans are genetically engineered to survive massive doses of Roundup herbicide. What this means is that nearly ALL foods you buy that contain either corn or soy, in any form, is genetically modified  unless it’s certified organic by the USDA. Other major genetically modified crops include cottonseed and canola. The following article that is an interview with Jeffery Smith, author of the bestseller Seeds of Deception, explains how genetically modified foods cause health problems, and their potential for creating a vast array of unforeseen and surprising illnesses, and  also sheds light on how the corruption within the U.S. government, the FDA and the GMO industry has allowed, and perpetuated, the cover-up.

What a Night!

Well, what can I say. We had another great evening at the Nature's Pearl Health and Wellness Seminar. Over 400 people came to hear Dr. Tessler and Ann Tallant, PhD talk about our health. Dr. Tessler was wonderful, and I always leave from hearing one of his talks more determined then ever to take better care of
my health. I brought my 20 year old daughter along with me and she really was impressed with what Dr. Tessler had to say. She too, said she wanted to change her eating habits. She also enjoyed hearing from the owner of Nature's Pearl, Jerry Smith. She said she really enjoyed hearing what he said about business. She is a business major at college so she was real interested in what he had to say. All my guest showed up, so I was happy. All in all, it was a very eventful and fun evening. I can't say enough about this great company, Nature's Pearl. I love it!
